Ball Float Steam TrapThe Ball Float Steam Trap manufactured by us are used for fluctuating pressure and load and has a maximum allowable temperature - 427 c. It is able to handle both heavy and light condensate loads equally well and is not affected by wide fluctuations of pressure or flowrate. They are the simplest form of a ball float trap, having float attached to the end of a rod. The opposite end of the rod is attached to a discharge valve. When condensate fills the trap, the float rises which slowly open the discharge valve. Our Ball Float Steam Traps are designed for low & medium Pressure steam heating and process equipment.
