Ball Float Steam TrapThe Ball Float Steam Trap manufactured by us are used for fluctuating pressure and load and has a maximum allowable temperature - 427° c. It is able to handle both heavy and light condensate loads equally well and is not affected by wide fluctuations of pressure or flowrate. They are the simplest form of a ball float trap, having float attached to the end of a rod. The opposite end of the rod is attached to a discharge valve. When condensate fills the trap, the float rises which slowly open the discharge valve. Our Ball Float Steam Traps are designed for low & medium Pressure steam heating and process equipment.
